I called twice and got the voicemail and left a message both times, but never received a call back. I said that I would like to make an appointment for a haircut. The lady then asked me if I had ever been to the salon before and I said no I haven't. After I told her that I had never been to this salon before it was like she was no longer interested in speaking with me. She told me that she would look at her appointment book and call me back, which she never did. Very disappointed in the customer service I received.
